Wet cotton pulls an amazing amount of heat from a person’s body. In the winter it’s a huge factor in hypothermia deaths, during the summer it’s pure bliss.
💯 Cold mountain fed creeks are the best. Soaking and submersing the legs after a long trail run are one of my favorite things about the summer.
