If you have an nostr:npub1aghreq2dpz3h3799hrawev5gf5zc2kt4ch9ykhp9utt0jd3gdu2qtlmhct node just install the #nostr relay addon. Not much of an effort and a backup of all your own notes. It’s a good start.
