I've noticed centos stream using SGI XFS as the default out of the box. Which is very interesting, since bcachefs is right around the corner. But it's easy convert file systems now.

Personally I use btrfs basically because of the checksum. I'll have to take a look at becachefs when it comes out in 6.7.
