Anybody using Bisq? #asknostr
Discussion
I haven’t, but I’ve heard (mostly) good things. It seems to be slightly less private than robosats, because Bisq transactions are pretty easy to identify on-chain. (Of course, the tradeoff with robosats is that Lightning has a wide range between “pretty private” on your own node with the right channel partners, and a custodial wallet with big LSPs).
But in general I’ll always recommend robosats as a great tool
I have sold my KYC bitcoin on there. Maybe around 50 trades. I once had a buyer who used a wrong account name to puchase. It was resolved in 48h via mediation. All other trades worked fine.
I live in Europe so I have used it with Revolut and SEPA bank transfer. My bank asked some questions about all the foreign bank transfers. Revolut would never ask a thing about the transfers.
It is a great solution
