Cold brew concentrate with A2 milk, 2-3 tbsps of maple syrup, and a tsp of mineral salt. One after breakfast, one with lunch.

In winter I will mix and then warm on the stove. Sometimes I add cocoa powder. Sometimes collagen.

I easily go through one of these large bottles of maple syrup every week.

Not being able to tolerate coffee, or a love/hate relationship, is a metabolic signal: your liver and #thyroid need some love.

Why don't you replace the maple syrup with honey though?

I like honey on ground beef patties, mixed in kefir with berries, added to milk, and drizzled over aged cheese.

I consume alot of honey.

Maple syrup goes better with coffee.
