Increase the humidity with a humidifier; allergens in the air become heavy once hit by water molecules and drop to the floor. Then a good vacuuming so they don't get stirred up. Ensure vacuum has a hepa filter. Might need to do this a few times. Then, drop back to normal humidity to prevent mold from growing and use an air purifier to maintain low allergen levels.
