Alby maintains an account for you and runs all payments through their node.
They don’t give you a seed, they give you a log in. It’s like a bitcoin bank

But even if they gave the 12 words. They also have the 12 words. So it doesn’t matter, it’s as if they didn’t give it to you.
Could it be that those 12 words were to connect alby to nostr in any way?
I don’t know really. I didnt get one from Alby. And these types of connection dont use a Seed, they typically look more like web addresses. So i am not sure.
But just be careful. If you received that seed from a web browser, its not in anyway secure. There is a very high chance that money you put into that wallet will be stolen. Not by Alby necessarily, Alby seem to work in an ethical way.

My fear: you are not really on the ably site, but on a hoax site that wants to steal your bitcoin.

I found this page. But I am not sure what this master key is for 😅. I haven’t generated one.
Apparently it is for LNURL, on-chain, and liquid stuff.
Doesn’t look like you can use it to recover LN funds.

Zeus doesn’t use that master key at all
I wasn't talking about the master key. when I was getting started here, someone told me that ZEUS in combination with Alby was a good option to send and receive zaps. So I did set up both services, and I still feel good about that. But it's necessary to have both? You can't just use ZEUS without Alby? (without having a node on your own)
There are multiple good non custodial options, but it depends what you are trying to do. Is this for general sending and receiving lightning payments? Or is this specifically for Nostr use?
