Agreed. It's always a gamble when they price it by the lb though. I'm looking at the different cuts trying to guess which has more meat, less bone, but will still get a good amount of marrow
Haha yeah I do the same calculus and consider weighing the bone when Iβm done (but never do). There is something primal and baller about bone in cuts and having a tenderloin and NY at the same time is just too good.
Ate one for lunch yesterday, payed $5.69usd. Delicious π.
