At about 43 hours in, and feeling surprisingly good on my first fast.

Some joint aches and a definite dip in energy but no hunger pains or mood swings.

Oh and feeling very envious of all the foods.

Like imaging what an almond butter sandwich tastes like was never a daydream of mine till now 😂
