So a Carbon County election worker was caught on camera shredding 21 batches of ballots. The County Carbon elections administrator says these weren’t absentee ballots but UOCAVA ballots. However, the County Carbon elections administrator previously said on video that they had received only 6 UOCAVA ballots. The Montana Division of Criminal Investigation is on the case.
