Whirlpool may be slower than competitors to get the same anonset but the slowness is a feature because it introduces Sybil resistance.

I don’t buy it. Requiring the user to leave their PC running 24/7 for a few weeks is not a feature. Most users will not wait that long and simply accept fewer remixes thus lowering the effective anonymity.

UX has to be considered and what you describe cannot possibly be a feature.

Yeah.

FYI, Wasabi has a successful coinjoin every 15-30 minutes currently, you can join whenever you like.

A decent level of privacy is possible after only a couple hours.
