I am just grateful for the desire and will showing up to work out my muscles today. 🙏🏻 Been getting better with the daily hourish walks and some deeper stretch yogas slowly but surely tending to my body temple.

I was quite amazed at how heavy 18 kgs is 👀 I almost have a feeling something was extra on this weight I used and eventualy had to take off 3 kg at some point as it felt like I am on the edge of injuring myself.😬
