Yeah, I don't need this but I can see this being great for businesses that do not want to touch/hold Bitcoin. This alleviates having to do any additional accounting/reporting on their end.

yeah, unfortunately the EU has made things difficult for xapo, that's partly why they threw so much at the nashville bitcoin event
they are hiking their fees like 600% after next month so i'm guessing that operating in europe is behind enemy lines
