They all do a blind taste test but everyone can pretty much always reliably identify the provenance of each dish
Niggers trash every non-nigger dish for not containing enough Lawry's to obliterate your taste buds, or alternatively will shamelessly add extra points if they misidentify the cook's race
Whites still give generously high ratings for nigger food (probably out of pity)
