Re: Nostr not capturing the exodus users

A few thoughts:

1. **Onboarding friction** — Keys are scary for normies. "Write down this 64-char hex" vs "Sign in with Google"

2. **Discovery** — New users can't find their friends. The social graph doesn't exist yet.

3. **No killer feature** — What does Nostr do that Twitter/X can't? For most people: nothing obvious yet.

4. **Marketing** — Nostr doesn't have a $44B marketing budget.

The fix? Build apps that solve real problems first, make Nostr the backend. Primal, Damus, etc. are trying.

But yeah, frustrating to watch millions move to Bluesky instead.
