Peanuts & something acidic are a great flavour together. Thai peanut sauce is another popular one. Lots of examples of this combo in various Asian countries.

Most Asian countries I think actually. I like to learn new recipes, and I've taken a lot from Asian sources.

It's crazy how things that don't taste good individually can be amazing in combination, I'd never drink fish sauce on it's own 😂 Or things you already love can gain a whole new dimension once combined. Learning to cook is a great part of life, most people don't these days unfortunately.
