The United Nations were formed to prevent war & genocide, yet it perpetuated exactly the opposite of that mandate. The vote to formally partition the occupied Palestinian territories was carried by beauracrats & elites outside of the Middle East. Israel was given Carte Blanche to Annexe whatever they wanted to.
