Stay strong, Nostriches! If you don't want to buy the Pixel 8 Pro, you don't have to always have the latest and greatest tech.

I bought the 7 pro and was so disappointed with it I switched to Apple

YMMV of course, I found it cheaply made and not particularly powerful
