I've got two spray and grow kits on my counter. A pink oyster and a lions mane both from north spore. After my first oyster flush they were so good I kind of went off the research deep end and became obsessed. I need to learn more and grow more.

I'm planning to use those fruiting blocks as spawn to scale up to buckets as soon as they stop producing.
