Everything that makes our lives easier and automated, will make sure to eradicate many in the process.
With AI I see a future exactly how Morpheus told Neo in the matrix movie. The “great invention” Morpheus talks about is AI.
In my opinion it depends. If there is good regulation AI can be benefitial to humanity.
1900-2000 we saw farming industrialisation and automation which is a good thing for humanity - more food.
We also saw that instead of producing atomic bombs, men can produce atomic energy, again very good for humanity - more power.
There are many examples. It depends how certain thing is used.
AI is reaching a point where it can’t be controlled.
Regulation from who? The government? Do you trust them? The government can’t be trusted.
1900-2000 you’re right. At the same time, due to regulations and inflation, not everyone has quality food to eat, we are being fed trash and poison. Even cows and chicken are being target via the agendas that regulate things. Via the government. Via specific people above governments.
Once I was like you and I had faith in humanity. Nowadays, I don’t have. Bible teaches us “we can only save ourselves”. I always thought this was a lie. The older I get, more I see the truth about it. More study, more knowledge, less faith in humanity more faith in God.
