How? This is ridiculous.
They not only needed 50% or more because nobody wants to have a coalition with them, no, they need about 75%. Why?
German parliament passed a law that makes it impossible to appoint judges of the highest constitution court without a 2/3 majority. And these judges are proposed due to their party membership.
This court which is 100% ruled and chaired by opposition party members can make every law of a potential law that has been made and passed by a potential AfD majority unvalid.
And considering 10% election fraud, they needed 75% to officially achieve 66%.
And that is less possible than a successful 51% attack on Bitcoin.
