I've been considering going with the #carnivore diet for a while since many people are trying to convince me to do it haha what would you say are the biggest hurdles in adopting it? And what advantages so you personally see?

I've done it in the past, but always fell off the track, because I'd go on holiday and indulge in carbs.

The biggest hurdle, for me, is getting off the snacking in the evening habit.

I won't be hungry, but I'll feel the need to chew on something.

What I've noticed is that, if I manage to keep myself disciplined for 2 weeks, after that, I need less discipline, because the good habits take over.

The advantages I've noticed are that I tend to eat less and less often, which frees up a lot of time, but also that I feel much more awake at all times, and sleep better.
