🤔

I'm genuinely curious and not to be tHaT gUY....but....

What value was added to your life from watching these people on tunestr or was it really a feeling?

As someone who doesn't have crazy disposable income, sellable skills(yet), and lacks communication (a dummy normie-ish mf) I've never seen the value i get for forking over my hard earned money, let alone the world hardest money, for watching someone on stage. More so now in the digital age. I understand the feelings id get of supporting folks, being part of/ first for something new, excitement, joy, etc.

But I just don't see the actual value I'd receive. I tend to find these things more or less distractions? 🤷

Maybe it's just because I don't even watch the brainwash box at all. I don't have any shows I watch. I'm not coming home from work or a long day like "oh sweet the new episode" and this kind of thing is also translated into content online be it podcasts, videos, streams, etc. I just tend not to watch them....

What the hell is wrong with me...

If you have $300 and you spend it on a trip to Niagara Falls, the trip is over rather soon.

If you buy a beautiful necklace with your $300 you can keep it for years.

People who study happiness report that those who spend their money experiencing things are much more satisfied with life than people who spend their money buying and having things.

For me it's counterintuitive, but also my experience shows it's true. Memories of my trip to a national park make me happier than some piece of jewelry.
