Value can be many things, like:

- contributing code,

- delivery of input,

- asking questions,

- answering questions

- making you laugh, or thoughtful.

On the other hand, we have situations where people are nice but not good, like:

- Will they still earn the most zaps when they telling someone the truth when they prefer to hear a comforting lie instead?

- When they are nice to their targets, but cheat them out of money?
