Focus on systems instead of goals!
In simple terms a goal is an end result, a system is a way to achieve an end result.
They say, that if you set good goals, you will achieve more. But usually not the goal itself determines your result, but the system you build.
So it is better to concentrate on a system that will produce the desired outcome, than the goal itself.
Build systems instead of concentrating on goals!

💯, learning and improving 1% a day is a nice strategy, because it compounds, instead of adding up! And also 1% is not impossible!
