When I first got on Nostr we were zapping big zaps on the regular

Time preference in the price of bitcoin may have had some influence with that. Now that we’re inching closer to 100k and beyond, people are taking “stack sats” much more seriously

Zapping 10k in sats today may become the next version of “BTC 10k for Pizza” day in 10 years from now. It’s wild to think about

I think the zapping was more novel in the beginning too so we were all hopped up on zaps and you were getting big zaps too so it felt like you were just paying it forward. It was fun.
