i saw something the other day around specific nodes were collecting info on all their peers, suspected to be operated by chainalysis type orgs

i think they mentioned some ip blacklist you can use?

any tips around things like that, or just protecting your ip address and staying as private as possible when broadcasting transactions and using the lightning network from your own node?
