In college whenever there was one of those "free hug" guys I'd find a piece of cardboard and write "Deluxe hugs $1" and stand right next to him.
When people asked the difference I said "I'll post your back and tell you you did your best".
Midterms and finals. That's the answer. Most lucrative. The rest of the time people would laugh and leave.
