That’s a good question. I’m not sure. I think the idea David is spreading is to just get the Senator to support the bill in general.

ChatGPT says the $600 de minimus exemption is in an amendment proposed by Senator Lummis. It's not in the House version and the Senate version has yet to pass. House would then need to agree on the revised version as well. Fingers crossed....
