For real. I spent years studying it then did an internship at an investment bank.
It was quite a long winded way of teaching me everything is worthless bullshit wrapped in ten layers of derivatives.
There's a nice quote from the start of the Big Short: "Wall Street likes to use complex sounding terms so you think only they can do what they do, or better still, so you just leave them the fuck alone."
That's really true. Understanding #bitcoin is the faster way to learn about economics
They make it complex to obscure its simplicity.
