For me, it’s simply walking in nature. When I’m feeling down, emotional or need grounding, I wander and take in mother nature’s energy. It heals me. 💫

That's also called Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing.

A walk into the forest for almost 30 minutes with a healing effect.
