The school system is retarded, doesn't even teach kids about financial matters at all. Then we wonder why kids get to 18 and 19 and don't know how to use money responsibly. People aren't taught this stuff on purpose, they send you credit cards on purpose, it's intentional. They want you financially illiterate and they want you maximize debt in your life. Don't fall for this stuff anymore.

I recognize that people make their own choices but you can persuade outcomes by setting things up in a way like they are now.
