Sounds like you're having problems connecting to the relays (based on your post saying none of the apps are working). NostrGram uses a caching server for reading posts, which is why you can read. What app are you using to post from?
I am using Damus on my mobile
Are you trying to use other other apps on desktop+wifi? If so it definitely sounds like a connectivity issue. Reset your WiFi (turn it off then back on the computer). If that fails, reboot the router and then try again. If that doesn't work either, it could be a firewall issue.

Mate its all up and running , all i did was toggle wifi on and off on my laptop. All came back, I dont get that, everything else I was using that required internet was working.

It's probably because other sites use https whereas Nostr apps use web sockets. Different protocol. It is odd for sure, and I couldn't tell you exactly what the reason is it went haywire on you, but it sorta makes sense. 🤷 And thanks! 🙏
