Made a roast for the first time ever tonight!! Turned out incredible!!! As in slid off the bone and could be eaten with a spoon!

Paired the Grassfed grassfinished roast with sweet peppers, carrots, zucchini & squash (steamed separately) and country style mashed potatoes 🥰

I’m calling it a Georgia Roast because Mississippi could never 💁🏽‍♀️
