You do it properly. I would admire it if the cost was not bending over completely to move in the Netherlands, an entrepreneur cannot move to the Netherlands and rent a house paying 1 year rent in advance if they did not register a Dutch company and hired themselves... It is a more advanced country from many points of view, but the government arm is over reaching.
