They had to use FireChat to coordinate their efforts because of internet censorship. This is an example where they had to show up in large numbers or otherwise they would get arrested, hence, a coordination game.

my niece took part in "Maidan" in Kiev to the point of having pictures of herself published in newspapers and for what ? She emigrated to the EU and started a family there while Ukraine got invaded by Russia and bombed into a parking lot.
