It’s the MV Karadeniz Powership Onur Sultan, a power station vessel.

The TikTok account (Restaurante Punto Marino) that shot this footage also confirms this (there’s clearer footage where you can read the vessel’s name).

Furthermore, this footage was captured from the coast of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which is nowhere near Valencia.

This ship has been around the coast of Turkey since 12 October 2024 and is STILL there. (two weeks before the Valencia floods).
