Amethyst tho, 👍🏻

Looking forward to it. Starting to enjoy my Olas feed. I've got 5 clients on rotation now between iOS and Android 😅

Can't see it on noStrudel either. #kind1maximalism :-)

Ah canny open it

It would be great if there were Nostr standards that all devs could collaboratively work on.

To illustrate, consider this example:

A super simple onboarding feature. You scan a QR code, and just like that, you have your keys, a wallet, and the option to choose which client you want to use.

This would make it clear to newcomers from the very beginning that they can utilize everything with the same keys.

Additionally, imagine a shared relay that proactively bans content such as child pornography and other abhorrent material from the outset, serving as a standard pre-installed basic relay.

It can be quite frustrating, for instance, when you can't see content signed with a different client/ relay. ( For example: I cannot this pic 😞 your posting.)

These are just two examples, but I believe Nostr would greatly benefit from such a initiative.

To make this happen, we would only need to find the smallest common ground. All devs / groups that already have a functioning client should have a voice in this process. Furthermore, any new client devs joining in the future would be well-advised to adhere to these standards—primarily for usability, though it wouldn’t be mandatory.
