Sha-256 is highly secure thats the algorithm btc uses.. 12 word seed phrase is safe.. 24 word seed phrase is even safer.. but you can always get a hardware wallet with a 24 seed phrase like a blockstream jade
I use a hardware wallet with a Bitcoin-only firmware enabled
