The builder not the bot. Bot has no intent

I'm just talking about the bot. The bot should be blocked in all major relays imo.

Central filter is a censor bro. On the client or its somebody's power play now or later

It's a bot, and the relay owner chooses what to do. There is no censorship bc there are more relays. Relays block spamming accounts.
