So press the 3 dots and this menu comes out click copy NoteID then in your new note paste the ID which “@“ infront of it can be before pasting or after just make sure you do that and if you wanna write anything yourself make sure it’s before the @ and NoteID and there’s space between what you say and the @, so it’s not touchinglikethis
