What about livers? Is there any issue/danger for livers?
(someone on low carb asked me, since he has blood results out of normal range on livers for ALT and GGT).
I´m actually suspecting alcohol is the issue.
See my reply. All my blood results are back nominal after six months of keto.
Been on keto for six months. Had blood test the other week. Liver results were completely nominal.
