⚡️🔎 NEW - BlackRock has accumulated 3% of the total #Bitcoin supply, establishing itself as a major institutional holder.

Since its launch on January 11, 2024, IBIT has experienced unexpected growth, matched by no other ETF.

As of June 10, 2025, BlackRock held over 662,500 BTC, or more than 3% of the total Bitcoin supply.

This represents a $72.4 billion exposure to Bitcoin.

In what sense does BlackRock hold these bitcoin? Pretty sure Coinbase is the custodian & the ETF holders are the beneficiaries (not BlackRock)
