I just learned that I can buy Google Play giftcards with sats via Bitrefill. Welp... it will still mean that I need to create and use a throw-away Google account, but at least I can use my sats to buy things in Genshin lol.

Wish there was an easier method though... but hey, this one works, I suppose. ^^
