As a Bitcoiner how does one decide the right time for a large purchase over buying more bitcoin?

Odds being that purchase becoming cheaper every year in bitcoin terms

I don’t know. I can’t even decide on buying a pair of pants without sweating how much Bitcoin I could get instead 🤷‍♂️
