Because the doctors follow the guidelines. The guidelines are written by the evidence. The evidence is funded by big pharma.

As we saw with COVID, the ‘evidence’ can be manipulated, omitted or presented in ways that don’t seek truth.

What if the big pharma/government coalition ended?

And the free market was the arbiter of truth rather than the FDA.
