Equity = Equal outcome (communism) Forcefully taking from those that work hard and have earned and giving to lazy asses that do nothing.

Inclusion = Them wanting to be included in all your private property, private places, your earned status, earned glory, without them doing anytjing of merit to earn any of your hard earned belongings and status.
