I'm a general practitioner, but I do wonder how many dermatologists are actually aware of the crap recommendations they are taught.
And you got it! I'm pretty sure I'll be reordering. ¿Would it be possible to use DHL next time? Delivery is usually much faster, albeit the price is higher, but it might be worth it if I order in bulk.

Doctor's, even with their elevated education tend to be just like most ppl, and believe what they are told to believe. Not attacking you here, as you obviously have a different understanding of the world. I mean, They pushed COVID. So probably unaware.
I looked at DHL a few times, and seems to be 3 times, sometimes 4 higher than USPS. Not a good deal.
Have been giving this some thought for ppl outside US. Larger orders, and I'm talking about 20 bars or more, would cost almost same as shipping here within the US. Maybe slightly more. But if you have Bitcoin friends, or just ppl that want to use Tallow Soap, then make a large order amongst the group, and split the cost.
Example: I had a guy from Germany order. If I would have sent him 4 bars, it would cost $40. I sent him 21 for $60 in shipping cost.
