It should be a crime in and of itself already.

As in the fact a new law is needed is odd.

But maybe its good. Or well prosecute the existing child molesting/butchering doctors.

I agree in principle for most things but wanting to NOT prevent harm to children is an odd take if that's what you want it to be left up to.
