I have already made a ticket using their website link but I have the feeling the this ticket fails to submit (I get a vage message "empty file" or something like that in the final step of submitting the ticket.
I have also already DM @npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 but have got no response of him yet.
I cannot go in here in much of detail because it needs for test purposes to withdraw to myself.
All I can say that during the redeem (withdrawal) step with the redeem link the payout did not occur. The payout invoice expired (it was only ten minutes only valid) and the redeem link hangs with eternal message: "Processing gift withdrawal..."
Maybe anyone has ever had similair problems here?
